Delete your account
You can permanently delete your DeckSequence account and all of its data at any time.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way is self-serve, from inside DeckSequence while signed in:
- Mobile app: open the Profile tab, scroll to Delete account, and confirm.
- Web app: open Account settings, scroll to Delete account, and confirm.
For security, deletion requires a recent sign-in. If the app asks you to re-authenticate, sign out, sign back in, and try again.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account credentials and sessions, your profile (including your username, player ID, and avatar photo), and everything you created: decks and deck versions, matches and battle-log replays, tournaments, and any share links you made. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Can't sign in?
If you can no longer access your account, email privacy@decksequence.com from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We'll verify the request and confirm once it's done.
