These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the DeckSequence website and applications, including our mobile apps (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Ayax Dev Studio LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You need an account to use most of the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Services. For example, you may not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt or overload the Services, reverse engineer them except as permitted by law, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the matches, decks, replays, and other content you create in the Services. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with through a share link. You are responsible for the content you choose to make shareable. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from inside the Services — see our account deletion page.

Intellectual Property; No Affiliation

DeckSequence is an unofficial, fan-made companion tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon names, card text, and card images displayed in the Services are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification and informational purposes only. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Free Service and Availability

The Services are currently provided free of charge and are under active development: features may be added, changed, or removed as the product evolves. We may suspend or discontinue the Services at any time. We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayax Dev Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
