Troubleshooting

Changes that need attention in the mobile app

Updated

The mobile app saves what you do even when you're offline, and sends it to your account once you're back online. If the server turns a change down, the app keeps it so you can decide what to do with it.

When that happens, Changes that need attention appears on the Account tab, with how many changes couldn't be saved. The row only shows when something failed.

Retry or discard

Open Changes that need attention to see each change and the reason it didn't save.

  • Retry sends the change again. Use it when the reason was temporary, like a lost connection.
  • Discard deletes the change. It never reaches your account. The app asks you to confirm first.

"Waiting on an earlier change that couldn't be saved"

Some changes depend on one before them. A round can't save before the tournament it belongs to. A waiting change has no Retry of its own. It goes through by itself once the earlier change saves.

If you discard the earlier change, the later changes to the same tournament go with it. The confirmation tells you how many.
