Troubleshooting
Fix a battle log that looks cut off
Updated
A PTCG Live battle log starts with a Setup section and then lists every turn. When PTCG Live shortens a log, it marks the spot with a [LOG TRUNCATED] line.
If that line comes before the first turn, there's nothing for DeckSequence to replay. You'll see "The battle log looks cut off, so there's no replay." Your match still saved, with its result, deck and opponent.
If the log is cut off later in the match, you keep the replay up to the point where the log stops.
How to fix it
- Copy the battle log from PTCG Live again.
- Check the copy before you paste it. It should start with
Setupand end at the last turn of the match, with no[LOG TRUNCATED]line near the top. - Open the match in DeckSequence, choose Edit, and paste the new copy in place of the old one.
- Save. The replay and card usage rebuild from the new log.
If every copy comes out cut off
The match is still right without a replay. Your record, matchups and win rate all count it. Only the replay and card usage are missing for that match.
